Your mobile home includes either two or three bedrooms, each bedroom sleeps two people, a dining room with extra sleeping, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and toilet as well as a patio that may or may not be built in.. |

As far as the kitchen is concerned, mobile homes are equipped with a fridge, a hob with four rings, a sink and a complete set of cutlery and crockery . |

How long will my mobile home last ? |

Mobile homes generally last about 25 years, even longer now that new structures are available (pitched roof and reinforced walls). |

Should a mobile home be insured ? |

You must take out a “civil responsibility” insurance policy and send a copy of your policy to SUN LARIVIERA.
As soon as your mobile home is delivered you will receive a statement of ownership with the home’s serial number. |

Can I view my mobile home ? |
|
|
You can view the mobile homes on a partner camp site or at our site or of course you can visit our agent‘s site. Just telephone us and we will arrange your visit. |

Who is responsible for delivery, installation and connection to the mains? |

We will look after delivery, installation and connecting you to the mains and other services at the camp site. |

What happens if any damage occurs? |
|
|
The camp site is insured and is responsible for any damage that occurs.

Will I have to pay any costs other than the price of my mobile home pack?
|

No, you will not have to pay any other costs. You will only have to pay your site fees and running costs directly to the camp site

How do I place my order?

What documentation will I need to provide to be able to take out a loan?
For French residents only
|

When you apply for a loan, you will need to provide a photocopy of your last three pay slips, proof of address, a photocopy of your identity card or passport, your last tax notice, bank account particulars and a cheque for a down payment of at least 9,500 euros. This cheque acts a guarantee and will be returned to you if your application is refused.
